How Scheduling Works?
Volosina Memberships are designed to fit your life and our professional workflow.
At sign-up, choose either:
• A fixed day and time (recommended for consistency), or
• A flexible schedule based on your availability
• At the start of each month, we confirm your visit days
• If there’s bad weather, you receive priority rescheduling to the next suitable day
• We manage all bookings for a smooth, stress-free experience
How far do you travel?
We cover Maidenhead, Windsor, Marlow, Ascot, Beaconsfield, and the surrounding areas of Berkshire (travel fees may apply beyond 30 miles)
What happens if I miss a visit?
Missed visits don’t roll over; one-month pause allowed per year with 7 days’ notice
May I add more options in the monthly visits?
Yes, popular add-ons: headlight clarity, fabric guard, engine bay cosmetic finish, glass ceramic, pet hair removal (quote on request)
What if it rains?
Light rain is fine under our canopy. For heavy rain or strong winds, we’ll reschedule to maintain service quality and protect your vehicle.
